I'm joyful as Tanya! LGBTQ whimsical gifts for art lovers

$30.00
Limited Availability

This artwork of my Bake the Cis-tem! LGBT Pride art project dedicated to Tanya Compas.

Tanya Compas is a UK motivational speaker, youth worker, and queer activist.

She works with UK Black Pride and focuses on empowering women and girls from marginalized backgrounds.

In 2018, Amnesty International named her one of the UK's 100 most inspiring women.

For my silly character, I used an England Rock Candy - a traditional UK sweet because it is spoken with Tanya's spirit more than anything else. Sweet and Rock.

Over the course of LGBT Pride Month 2020, I will make goofy art miniatures on cardboard coasters and talk about open LGBT people who not only inspire me but change and influence the world around them.

Since the name of the art project is Bake the Cis-tem, my heroes will appear before you in the form of various ingredients for baking.

Please note this artwork is sold for the collection ONLY and may not be reproduced.

Happy to answer any questions you may have.
