HOW FAST I'LL RECEIVE MY ORDER?

I'll do my best to meet my shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

Some products, such as hand-drawn art stickers have a much longer processing and shipping window due to the drawing process.

In those cases, it is noted in product descriptions.

If you place your order today before 7 pm I will mail it to you the same day with USPS standard mail.

All orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be responded to as soon as possible on Monday or the next business day.

Usually, packages will get to their destination in 3-5 business days if you choose Standard USPS Mail during checkout.

If you need an item rushed, please, upgrade your shipping method to the Priority USPS Mail and it will take 1-3 days.

Twocatsandpossum ships to the address you use on checkout, so please verify that it is correct and up to date.

If the item you are purchasing is a gift, be sure to use the gift recipient's shipping address when checking out.

Once the product is given to USPS Twocatsandpossum cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, etc.

STICKERS STAMPED MAIL WITH NO TRACKING NUMBER

Please, understand that Stamped mail doesn't have any tracking number and can take anywhere from 1 to 27 days to be delivered sometimes even longer, but typically we see 3-15 days.

Delivery times depend on where the piece is going, the type of mail piece, as well as the time of year and work load of the postal service.

I expect your patience when choosing this delivery method in order to save $3 to $4 in actual shipping costs.

Please understand that the USPS is sometimes slow, unpredictable and totally out of our control.

If all of this doesn't work for you to save money on your stickers shipping, then please choose First Class Small Package during checkout so you'll get tracking.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Sorry about that! It doesn’t happen often but that saying “accidents happen” isn’t around for nothing. Just send me a photo of the damage and I'll exchange your item if it is possible.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

I use USPS First Class and Priority to ship domestically and USPS First Class International for deliveries outside of the USA.

Shipping is calculated by USPS by weight, package size and destination zip code. Heavier items, such as art on wood panel canvases, will increase shipping costs.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incomplete address and is returned to me the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with resending the order.

I am a one-body business New Orleans artist and might not be able to get you an immediate result.

However, I will do my best to get you a final product as soon as possible.

My art studio based in the middle of a New Orleans bayou suburb.
